G5 application

Hi all

I have submitted my G5 (Group 5 ) 2 years ago .

And I recently received a message stating this

"previously reviewed the submitted documentation of this file and of other sponsorships your group is party to, Sponsor 2 (Name of sponsor 2 ) has submitted proof of income documents from varying years which lists an address in (address of sponsor 2) Specially but not limited to the 2021 notice of assessment issued in June of 2022. It was also noted that Sponsor 2’s criminal records check was not issued by the Calgary police and no representative in the expected community of settlement was appointed to account for living outside of the expected community of settlement, which both further increased my concerns.

I am therefore refusing the permanent residence application. If the situation has changed substantively or new information has emerged to overcome the current deficiencies, you may submit a new and complete application."

Does that mean my G5 application has been rejected
And I have to start from the beginning.

Or my application has been paused until I come up with a solution that solves and satisfy their concerns and proceed with my application from where it was left .

The bold part is clear. It is refused and if circumstances change then you apply again and it is a new application. Seems like your sponsor’s didn’t provide the correct statements to show they could afford sponsorship and provide the wrong police checks.

It's been rejected. You have to start from the beginning.
