Thanks for the research. These responses from IRCC is very generic and doesn't fit this issue. I can't even download the eCoPR. Once downloaded, I assume adobe should be able to open the file.

Submitted PCC and additional docs they requested. Decision says application in progress.

How long should it be from now? Medicals and biometrics all completed.

Tried different browsers, private window, phone, different computer, ... nothing works. In the portal current mailing address and PR photo is still in IRCC review. May be it has something to do with it?

mine was also under IRCC review but was able to download. raise web form and if not then wait for PR CARD itself. processing time shows 28 days.

What is our VO? I got P2 email on 16th and we got the acknowledgement after we submitted the photo and address. But we did not the eCOPR yet. Will it be a email?
