Make sure you have the most recent version of the software you use (like Adobe Reader, Chrome or Edge).Are you able to download the eCoPR? I received eCoPR in the PR portal on Aug 15 but I get technical error message when I download. Error says "There was a technical error when handling your request. Please try again later."
If you’re having issues with Adobe Reader, you can
- Click on the Edit menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Accessibility.
- Ensure “Replace Document Colors” is not checked.
- Close Adobe Reader and try opening the document again.
