Are you able to download the eCoPR? I received eCoPR in the PR portal on Aug 15 but I get technical error message when I download. Error says "There was a technical error when handling your request. Please try again later."

Make sure you have the most recent version of the software you use (like Adobe Reader, Chrome or Edge).

If you’re having issues with Adobe Reader, you can

1. Click on the Edit menu.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Select Accessibility.
4. Ensure “Replace Document Colors” is not checked.
5. Close Adobe Reader and try opening the document again.

Thanks for the research. These responses from IRCC is very generic and doesn't fit this issue. I can't even download the eCoPR. Once downloaded, I assume adobe should be able to open the file.

Submitted PCC and additional docs they requested. Decision says application in progress.

How long should it be from now? Medicals and biometrics all completed.

mine was also under IRCC review but was able to download. raise web form and if not then wait for PR CARD itself. processing time shows 28 days.

What is our VO? I got P2 email on 16th and we got the acknowledgement after we submitted the photo and address. But we did not the eCOPR yet. Will it be a email?

LOGIN TO YOUR PORTAL AND SEE AT THE BOTTOM IF YOU HAVE OPTION OF DOWNLOADING ECOPR. YES EMAIL SHOULD COME WITH SUBJECT ' PR PORTAL (PR CONFIRMATION)-eCOPR'
