hi @SudipC23, well I've added a letter explaining my intensions to the destination I've chosen + proof that I'm actively searching for housing in destination I initially put + since I work remotely in a company based in Ottawa, I have added a letter of the employer saying that it would be better if I moved close to the company+ add anything you find as relevant ...
Hi @Masnsen, Thanks for the reply. I have signed a new lease for March so I'll include a copy of the lease. My employer is in Montreal but we have clients majorly in Ontario so I've got a letter from my employer stating that I am allowed to work remotely from Ottawa as I am expected to work closely with our clients in Ontario. So do you think these two documents along with a letter explaining my intentions not to stay in Quebec should be helpful enough for my case?

These two are the most important document to include, I'd put the lease as 1st priority, then the letter from your employer, add anything you find relevant

I was asked to provide evidence that I intend to stay outside Quebec in my EE profile. I am currently a visitor in Canada and staying with family in Montreal. Can you help, please?

Just received my eCoPR today. Thanks for the help!
Hi sudip can we connect . I need some guidance on what adresses I need to change. I studied and started work in Quebec. My company can move me to New Brunswick but in that case do I only need a change of address on my paystub or other places as well to proof I have moved out of Quebec. ?

Hi @Salman Khalid, we can definitely connect! For my case, I provided a letter from my employer that I am allowed to work remotely from Ontario(or NB in your case) and a copy of my new lease in ON. These two documents are very important as they show that you have already arrangements to move outside of QC. Change the address in your CRA, RQ accounts as well. I did not provide any provincial documents like ON driver's license or OIHP card because I submitted the requested documents to IRCC before moving to ON. However, any additional documents that you want to provide will help make your case stronger.

Right now my employer will provide me with a transfer letter to move out on 30th June. I have not find a lease yet and I am moving to my friends address on 1st july. Is it OK if I say the I have officially moved out of Quebec and use my friends address in the application. I will submit my file after July 1st.?

You can use your friend's address in the application. Just make sure to include a copy of the lease with your friend's name and a letter with his signature stating that you will be staying at his place.

Is this needed. Wouldn’t this be an extra information. As they might say that show us a lease on your name and all
Later on?

They don't explicitly say what is needed and what is not so always a good idea to provide as much information as you can to avoid delays in your application. A letter from your friend can assure that you're not just giving anybody's address just to put it in the application. A copy of your friend's lease can show that your friend actually is staying at that address. Of course, it's up to you to wait it out and see if they ask you for it.
