Having tech error when downloading EcoPR

I received the Congrats email from IRCC yesterday saying my EcoPR is available on PR confirmation portal. However, when I hit the button download, an error message popped up saying there was a technical error when handling your request; please try again later. I've tried all different devices and web browsers but all failed.
Wondering if anyone has had this error before and any advise?

P.S. I submitted an webform for this tech issue, still waiting for their response.

Not yet. Even the response from portal email is generic. Restart computer, clear cache, etc

I submitted the error report and replied to the portal email with the details. Will update you if I find any solution.

@Wasim2307 Did you receive any help from CIC? I know these guys are terrible at their job and they won’t reply and keep your phone call in the IVR loop. Still checking for any updates?

Solution: Reply to portal email address with the problem and screenshots. They will upload eCOPR again (took 20 days), you will receive new email from the portal and then you will be able to download without issues.
