CO-OP position on work permit count for work experience

Hi I am just confused on my 1year tech experience ,it was as Co-op position but 1 year experience was full-time paid and gained on PGWP/open work permit .Can i use this experience for my CEC profile. Thank you.

If you are on a PGWP or applied for PGWP then it counts as Canadian experience. Seems like the company is using co-op loosely as co-op is only for the completion of your program.
