Tracker can lag (so can GCKey). Sometimes, neither updates and the applicant receives Portal, PPR or RFV.

Yes, can take upto a month or more too. But for a very large number of applicants, it comes within a week or two. Hopefully, you'll get yours soon too.

You are right, it is good to consider the majority, which gets in a matter of days, just to keep in mind they can always be an exception like me haha, it's good not to be so worried.

Usually you should get an ADR or a PFL before they reject your application. IRCC shouldn't make a decision(in case of a rejection) without that post R10 check(BIL/MEP pass). In your case, they've made a decision so it likely has to be positive.
