Work exp points get added after ita ?

I have current Score of 502 with spouse non accompanying. And I am expecting to get ita .

if I get ita, and next month I will be completing 2 yrs exp, will experience points get added in the system and crs points increased ?

if it’s increased , can I add my spouse as that will make points higher above cutoff .

Withdraw and recreate profile before ITA. Once you have ITA, it shouldn't matter anyways.
