That was extremely fast the waiting time is 25 months and your main applicant got his PR in 9 months congrats. Did he do anything special are you sure he was in the protected person category? I genuinely don’t understand processing times anymore
Did he apply in Quebec ?

Did he apply in Quebec ?
We didn’t do anything special but my guess is it depends on the officer handling the file so it’s all about luck. Yes he is in Quebec.

Your story is hard to believe processing time is 38 months in Quebec, the reason it takes so long is that your PR has to be accepted by the federal government then you have to get into the quota system made by Quebec which is around 3.5k applicants a year
For you to get your PR this fast means that you surpassed everyone waiting to be in the quota system before you. The ones getting their PRs this year are 2021 applicants.
I wouldn’t see a purpose for you to lie but if you actually lied for some reason that would be so weird

Why would I lie about this? Someone here got their PR in two months and I still believed them because it is possible. The situation in Lebanon is deteriorating and there’s a measure to get Lebanese dependents out of Lebanon.

Your security has most probably already started. Wait for a couple of months if you don’t receive PPR I advise you to order gcms. They moved my file when I ordered them.
