My current score is 502 with spouse non accompanying.
If I get ita today and next month I will be completing 2 yrs of work ex.
So will points added for work exp after ita ?

if that happens, can I add my spouse in the application then ?

If you get ITA, it is your score as of today not next month.

Although, as I see in the GCMS notes, the lock-in date is the date of application submission, not the ITA date.
