Hello everyone,
Looking for some guidance. I had applied my parents super visa & they were approved with expiry date based on passport. They have visited Canada for 3 months last year.
Now I am planning to call them over again in December 2024 for longer stay for a year.

Q1. Their super visa will expire in April 2025. Will they be allowed to enter country with one way ticket in December 2024?

Q2. Can I request the extension for their super visa now while they back home? And will this be new super visa application or there is way we can apply extension while they are in INDIA?

Appreciate the support.
Thank you.

1. Always up to CBSA whether someone can enter Canada and how long they can stay. Up to you whether you reapply for a new supervisa now. I would personally apply before 2025 to give them more flexibility to come and go.
