I had applied for Business visa on March 25th 2024, along with many of my colleagues. It has been almost 5 months now, but my application is still pending with Background verification showing "In Progress" and Eligibility "Not started". All my colleagues have got the decision more than 3 months ago, but mine is the only application pending. I also applied for GCMS notes and it had the following information

Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed - Bio
Org Crime:
Medical:
Misrep:
Other Req:
Info Sharing: Complete
Final:
Counterfoil Req: Y
Those who applied after me also got their Visas. So I was thinking if I should withdraw and reapply. My Question is, is it prudent thing to withdraw now and reapply? Also will there be any cool-off period required after withdrawal? What should be the reason for withdrawal if I do? Please let me know
