Hello good people, it is clear now that my spouse can not apply for SOWP based on my status as a diploma student here in Canada. Other information I'm getting is that, there is a way my kids (7, 5, and 2 years) can come to Canada and be entitled to go to school while my spouse will only have a Visitors Visa. I'm curious about that. Could anyone confirm that for me, please? If it is possible, what are the program name, procedures, and requirements? Please help a brother. Thanks.

No guarantee children would get study permit (for 5 & 7) and TRV (2 yr old) although you can certainly try if you have enough savings to show that you can support your family financially in Canada. If Canada suspects that your spouse is trying to live in Canada and not visit on the TRV they can also be denied entry if they are able to land in Canada even if they are somehow able to get a TRV. The goal of new policy is for international student not doing masters of PhD to come on their own.
