Master’s in a STEM course in Ontario
Biometrics- June 10
Spouse biometrics- June 13
Medical- Upfront
As on date, only biometrics is updated.
Medical status says not needed
Eligibility has not started
Background check in progress

Read through the many posts of all the people in the same situation as you. Assume it is a public DLI. What country are you from? Is child of school age? SOWP and child’s permit do not have to be processed at the same time.

Well your permit may be processed and approved first and their applications may be processed at different times. Assume you applied for a study permit for your child since child would be attending school.

I submitted SDS study permit on 25th may, still waiting. Here is my timeline, almost same as you(Except SOWP and I applied bit earlier).

Hi guys, i applied (sds)on june 29th and my biometrics got completed on july 3rd and medical updated on july 10th. My eligibility review started july 30 onwards. How long i should wait? I’m very anxious. Because my classe starts by sep 3. Also i already booked flight aug 28 th. Can expect the decision before that? Waiting is tooo stressful. Please give me some good words

Biometric on June 26 and updated on same day,
Medical updated as passed on July 12,
Eligibility is under processing.
It's been too long and still waiting for ppr .
Hoping for the positive results.

It does look like SDS has been getting more delayed recently and taking over a month but definitely do check what others have logged and said about their situations!
