Does FSW considers work Experience before graduating Bachelor's degree ? Date applicant first became qualified to practice in this occupation

Because of covid during 2020, my exams were postponed to NOV 2020 and my year of passing is Nov 2020 in all my documents (except course completion which is Sep 2020). But I started my first job in IT in July 2020, before graduation. I worked from July 2020 to Aug 2023, which is exactly 3 years of experience.

There is a question in Express entry profile: 'date applicant first became qualified to practice in this occupation'. Which date should I use? If I use my graduation date of Nov 2020, Will my work experience count from Nov 2020 only? Anyone, please advise.

I will lose points for one-year experience if it counts only from Nov 2020. I have paystubs and all documents to prove my job, which started in July 2020, but the only concern is the minimum qualification for my NOC, which needs a bachelor's degree.

Is it Nov 2020 ( graduation date) or July 2020 ( Job start date)?


Also, my NOC code requires a minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree. Does this minimum qualification applies only to Canadian experience and not foreign experience?
