I have a Bsc in my home country. Is it safe for me to say that my Diploma obtained in Canada is my highest education and claim points for it in Express entry profile since I don't want to go through the hassle of getting an ECA?

I already got pnp nomination and subsequently an ita. I hope there won't be a problem because I gained admission in Canada to study for my master's degree with my bsc and then along the line opted for a 2years diploma program

When coming to Canada, I previously stated that I have my Bsc but only included my 2years Canadian diploma in my PR application because I claimed points with it.
I am curious if IRCC will request for my Bsc certificate and Transcript.
I don't have my Bsc transcript and that's why I am worried.
