Guidance for TRV application from inside Canada after receiving Student Permit extension of minor child

My son's final timelines are as follows:
April 24: Submitted TRV application online
May 21: Received approval and request for passport submission
May 30: Passport recd. back Canada Post Xpresspost with visa stamped

FYI, both my wife & son got Visitor visa's stamped in lieu of Work Visa & Student visa. I checked with IRCC and they confirmed that these are valid for them.

I got it back. The final timelines for my wife's TRV were as follows:

April 18: Submitted TRV application online
April 30: Received approval and request for passport submission
April 30: Sent passport by Canada Post Xpresspost to Ottawa
May 1: Passport recd. at Ottawa processing centre
May 10: Passport recd. back Canada Post Xpresspost with visa stamped

My son's timeline are updated as follows:
April 24: Submitted TRV application online
May 21: Received approval and request for passport submission
I'll be sending his passport for stamping tomorrow. Will update final timeline once visa gets stamped and passport returned.

Could you please tell me the step by step to apply for the TRV for my 10 year old daughter (she has her study permit) and my husband (he has his open work permit) separately.

1. Should I create separate GCKey accounts for each one?
2. If my daughter is a minor, can she create an account? Should I attach the letter explaining that she is my daughter, and that I have my work permit and attach all the supporting documents?

3. Please if you could give me a contact number and write to you on WhatsApp I would appreciate it.

This is what I did. It worked for me but I cannot really tell you if this is the correct way or not.

I created a separate GC Key account for my minor son and filled out the application through this account. I did not attach any letter but attached all the supporting documents that were asked as part of the application. I will DM you my whatsapp number separately

I have PGWP, and my wife is SOWP, and my 2 kids are in grades 7 and 5 with study permits.

I'm trying to apply for my family's TRV inside Canada; the problem is that when we fill in the kid's questionnaire, the only available option is to extend the study permit, not TRV.
What should I do?? Is there an account for each kid?

That is what I did. Created a separate account for my kid. And it worked fine for me.

Hi please I'm in this same boat. I have 3 kids and we were all issued visitors records instead of TRV. I have created a GCKey for everyone now and hopefully I'll submit this weekend. Could you please give Me more pointers or if I could text you on WhatsApp for more guidance, I'd really appreciate.
