How to get open work permit

Hi all,

I am on closed work permit visa and my spouse have open work permit(working). Unfortunately, I lost my job and went to India, However, my spouse is in Canada and working until her open work permit expires.

Is there any possible to get the open work permit for me based on my spouse open work permit.?
