Niagara FallsHi - my advice is to simply carry on.
Certainly there's nothing that jumps out here that appears to be too terribly suspicious.
Which Port of Entry did you go to - did you see Niagara Falls, or the Peace Arch?

IRCC has clearly not realized he has a 5 year exclusion order and sent out the PPR in error. He can not return to Canada.Hello,
My husband had an exclusion order. but we filed the inland PR before the exclusion order was enforced. my husband had to leave the country but by the time he left the application was almost completed and we received the PPR today. we notified the IRCC that my husband had left Canada and also provided with residential address for his country of origin which was India. we are now thinking about filing the ARC as the sponsor application is already approved. what should we do should we wait for officer to start with ARC or should we file it by ourselves? @scylla @canuck78
he got the exclusion order in last oct 2023 but then we filed an appeal with Federal court and that took some time to come back. we were notified about it being rejected in march 2024. we went in for interview for his removal process on 03 April 2024 and he was removed on 18 May 2024 and got his PPR today. When did he get the exclusion order? How long has he been out of Canada?
we already notified them of exclusion order and it is also mentioned on GCMS notes and CBSA also sent in the letter to iiccIRCC has clearly not realized he has a 5 year exclusion order and sent out the PPR in error. He can not return to Canada.
He got it in error so should be cancelled once IRCC hopefully actually looks at the file.he got the exclusion order in last oct 2023 but then we filed an appeal with Federal court and that took some time to come back. we were notified about it being rejected in march 2024. we went in for interview for his removal process on 03 April 2024 and he was removed on 18 May 2024 and got his PPR today.

we let them know before he left and after he left and we also saw the notes entered that he has an exclusion order enforce when he was getting ready for removalDid you inform IRCC that your spouse left Canada before or after all these notes?
Impossible to know what will happen with your case. Your spouse shouldn’t have received PPR and is no longer in Canada so it isn’t en inland applicationwe let them know before he left and after he left and we also saw the notes entered that he has an exclusion order enforce when he was getting ready for removal
