Applying visitor visa for parents from Canada

I am currently on a Post Graduation Work Permit. I want my family to visit me in Canada. Is it possible for me to open an IRCC account for them, authorize access to myself and apply for their Visitor Visa in Canada?? If accepted, how does the passport request work? I want to expedite the process on their behalf to visit me as it will take so much time if they apply on their own from my home country.

So you can apply as their representative through an account you set up for them. It is still processed from their home country, so not sure what you mean by expedite the process. No such thing.

Who are you applying for? Siblings under 22?

I meant it would have been faster and easier I could apply as their representative. I am applying for both my parents and a sibling under 22 to visit me.

It is not faster or easier at all. You apply as their representative and it is processed from home country. They show their own funds, ties to return, travel history and valid reason to travel.
