We sent the application for OINP last week under FSW- Outland HCP stream.

My wife is a primary applicant and we found out yesterday that she is pregnant and due is in Nov 1st week.

Would like to know if this will cause any problem with the application?

If we get the nomination before she delivers, then ITA how can it affect our PR application.

Seniors please advice about the timelines for the entire process.

You don't need to inform anyone now. You need to inform once your baby is born.

Thank you for your reply.

Just wanted to know based on the new online system, do we take a guess that ITA could be possible before child birth?

In that case we will have issues right?

Regardless of when you get the ITA you only need to inform CIC when the baby is born. You don't need to declare the baby if you get an it before it's born. Just make sure you have enough funds for a family of 3.

Hi everyone,

I got nominated through the OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student stream, and now I have to submit a bunch of documents using the CIC - Permanent Residence Portal. However, I am currently 06 months pregnant, and I was wondering if my maternity leave will impact my residency process?

Has someone been trough something like this?

Thank you for your help.

Is the employer who offered you a job aware that you are pregnant?
