Good day, Please I want to know if the processing time for SOWP APPLICATION for a partner of a Master's degree student and CLOSED work permit is the same. Thank you.

Look at IRCC processing times. Not sure why you need a closed work permit if spouse is studying in Canada.

On Ircc they didn't specify processing time for SOWP. It was generalized as Work permit from outside Canada.
