Study Visa rejected from SAUDI ARABIA!!!

Hello everyone

I recently got rejection from study visa i applied for MCS in university in Canada. I have 3.8 GPA also 7 band in ielts no issue with funds but reason is not atrong ties with home country and less job opportunity in home country.
I m from Pakistan my visit visa also rejected twice in 2017 and 2022 when i was a school and university boy.
Can some one help me out should i go for JR?

Order GCMS notes. What university? How did you justify costs of the program with better job and higher pay when you return to Pakistan? Did you take the total cost of the program and then explain how you will make that much more money per year than you do know? What ties did you show to return.
