I applied for Study Permit for Masters program (Non SDS) along with 2 dependents (SOWP for my husband and TRV for my 2 year old child). My timeline is as follows:
Application Submission for all: 05/June/2024
Biometrics (self):09/June/2024
Biometrics (spouse): 12/June/2024.
Medical Request(for All 3 of us):19/July/2024

Is the tracker only for the applications through the secure account? because I tried creating an application status tracker account. I put my UCI and Application number from the ircc portal. It said it couldn't find the application. However, it shows its submitted since July 11th.

Applied on 23rd May. Biometrics already given for a visitor visa earlier. Medical update and BVL on 11th June. PPR on 31st July.
