Faster Asylum Cases based on reason and country

Hi everyone, I claimed my asylum recently, I have a question for people who have been through this process. Is it true that they process claims faster based on the reason (such as LGBTQ+ cases) or the country (Colombia, Turkey and Mexico get it faster). I’ve read many topics and cases about it and it seems true, many of my friends who came from Africa their processing times are over a year, but if you are from Latin America, balkans or another country I never heard a hearing time more than a year. Do you have any idea why?

I submitted my refugee claim and received notice of decision after 9 months 1 week, without hearing. LGBT case/Turkey.

Why not go to Germany or any other country in Europe?
