Reference Letter Format

I have a question about salary slip, does IRCC requires last 3 salary slips or more
Somwhere I red that you need to provide first and last 3, in that case getting your first 3 salary slips especially if worked there long ago(back in 2015) I wdon't have neither company was maintaining at that time also I cannot also get 8 year old bank statement.

Usually recent ones are good. Sometimes officer requests for specific time period.

Here's what is on all my reference letters:

1. Company Logo on all Headers
2. Company Logo & Contact Number, Email, and Address on all Footers
3. Job name present in writing
4. Exact Start Date
5. Exact End Date
6. Hours worked >40 hours per week in writing
7. Monthly Salary in writing + Benefits
8. Job responsibilities (NOC checked & >75% match of duties)
9. Confirmation of Good Conduct during employment as well confirmed by writing
10. Signatures by my boss (Company CEO & CTO)

Do I require anything else?

My bosses signed the letter but they did not provide their work emails / contact numbers.

I have email evidence from the company that they sent it to my work email + my personal email, and I have paystubs + bank statements to prove everything.

What else do I need to do or am I all good in terms of reference letters?

Yes, it's okay to mention personal telephone number. But a reference letter would better have a company letterhead.
