Can I apply under this Noc?

I am a medical laboratory biochemistry technologist and my bachelor degree is in biochemistry. Can I apply under Noc 32120 medical laboratory technologists? The job description is listed in the index of titles although it says it needs a medical laboratory science degree. Please help

You can use the NOC. You cannot work as a technologist until licensed.
