Yes, that's why.
I tried changing it to Yes - I have 1 year experience since I will be completing 1 year in 13 days. However, I still do not see 50 points.

Now I changed it back to no but I am not sure what is missing and why CRS score is not increased by 50 point even saying yes to 1 year question. Any idea?

What is your question?
I have a job offer and have been working at my current job for a little over 2 years. But I didn’t get the crs points for arranged employment in my express entry profile.

Further up, someone said that when you are on a post grad work permit (which I am), you don’t qualify for those points. I didn’t get to see that reply until I made my post.

Very unfortunate to hear, but I’m wondering if there is a way to work around that?

Yes, the way around that is for your employer to obtain an approved LMIA.

You only get points if have a LMIA and on a closed work permit.
