Can my wife apply for OWP and VISIT as am in OWP

My self on open Workpermit - Till next March - PR - In process

I want my Wife come to Canada Ontario
The possible ways I found myself - Applying Visit visa and SOWP later —( Let me know if am doing right or Wrong)

What should I do ? Should I apply her Visit visa ? Or SOWP if it’s visit 6 or more or less than 6

Please help me with different options and views to bring my wife here

Note : Want her ASAP

She is not a genuine visitor so should be applying for SOWP.
