Yes, she can sponsor you. Note that this may not stop removal if IRCC decides to remove you. Make sure the relationship is genuine and you are not entering into it primarily to secure status in Canadian.

Refugee got dismissed, no status , “ recently met some , got married “, and now you’re asking about sponsorship

The CBSA more than likely sees this more often than not

Yes I'm aware how it sounds like .. thanks for the reply but I have a genuine relationship with my wife..

So would you guys suggest I process the spousal sponsorship now . I got the letter back in November .. is that normal I stil didn't get a removal letter or any type of other letters..

I dont see you have any other option that to proceed with Spousal Sponsorship

If you got married very quickly did you have a traditional Indian wedding? Did your family or hers attempt to come to Canada for the wedding?
