I'm confused.
Please, I have 1 year and half (18 Months) experience with and old employer (LMIA exempt). Now I'm with a new different employer with a new work permit for 9 months (LMIA exempt). I Have an employment offer from old employer (with him I have 18 months experience). I didn't get point for valid job offer because the question saying "Has X have been working for employer in you current employer for 1 year" I said NO because the actual work permit have only 9 months. Please can I respond YES because the employer offer is from the first old employer that I have worked with for more than one year (18 months)?

This will give me 50 points and save my life.

I'm under french mobility and my work permit is LMIA exempt.

Thank you very much

No, you certainly cannot. You must wait until you have been working for your current employer for 12 months before you can answer yes and claim the 50 points.

can you help me with my question as well ?
When I was submitting my profile, I did not receive any points for job offer ( I had stated that I had a job offer and I do have one ). Then I received an invitation in the draw based on my points for my work experience and education and language score. Now for uploading documents, it requires me to upload a" letter of employment " and " letter of offer " for the points that I have not been given in the first place.
So my question is if I upload my job offer and it is not considered valid by IRCC, will my express entry application be rejected while I upload all the other valid equired documents for the points I have received?

It's a common situation. You can either upload these documents or don't select the option that you have a job offer when filling out the form for the permanence residency, this way IRCC won't ask you for that offer.

Both ways you are safe from any rejection on that basis.

Thank you. I feel like it's better not to change my application and go with uploading the offer that I have although it seems that it does not have any value to them. Thanks for your help.
