I received ITA based on a CRS cut-off of 436 (my point was 463). This point was with my spouse as non-accompanying. I have now re-simulated and the score (with my spouse as accompanying) dropped to 468 (which is higher than the cut-off and hence fine). My questions are these:

1. Do I have to write IRCC stating this in the letter of explanation?
2. Could this be seen as misrepresentation?
3. Is there possibly any reason this could result in a refusal?
I haven't submitted my application yet because of these concerns.

Thank you very kindly.
