Did you receive your passport after dispatch? It was from Vfs Hyd, Right?

No, visa is only for one time entry. They will process your PR card at airport and you will get it after 4-6 weeks at your canada address.

I think so.. VFS not provide any information.
You can send webform as well, but it will take time. Call is better option

VFS cannot provide any information as they have no information on the processing the passport. They are essentially the middlemen who are involved in transfer of passport between IRCC and applicant. Once the passport has reached IRCC, VFS will not have any update on the processing until they receive the passport back from IRCC. IRCC does not provide any updates on their internal processing.

Thanks a lot, seems like waiting is the only option. It is difficult though. No other choice though.
