Applying for Vistor record extension

Visitor record ends on July 30th, applied for PR on April 15th , gave biometrics and updated on May 28th and still waiting.
I am applying for extension of visitor record, what should I need to mention at purpose of visit and what all should I submit to Ircc to strengthen my application….
Anyone please advise me…
