Dependent Employment Update After Submission

Hello,

We have recently submitted the application under CEC and just today my wife (dependent) received a job offer. We are not claiming any points for her experience in Canada or Foreign jobs. Do we still have to update IRCC with this new information as a part of personal history using web form?

If yes, what documents we need to provide?
