Can Diploma Courses give 3 years PGWP if i take 2 PGWP Courses

Hello! Everyone
I am studying a year project management course I will be completing it in December. I am planning to take another Human Resource Course starting Jan 2025. with these new changes coming in will I get 3 year's PGWP for studying 2 years Diploma course.
Also, can I have an active Express entry profile holding a study permit?

You will know if approved for 3 years when you apply. Read ”for all other programs”. You can have an EE profile now if eligible. Also follow the changes to PGWPs that is coming most likely in the fall.
