Amendment from Nursing Aide(PSW) to Nanny

Had been working as PSW for 14 months( LMIA) under the Nursing Aide category with a senior home and want to move as Nanny for a child care.

I want to know whether I can change my profile within my period of LMIA and with a different or same employer.

So you are on a LMIA with a closed work permit? Or got work permit through a pilot program? Now you want to be a nanny in a home. Does the family have an approved LMIA and live in Quebec?

So you have been working illegally for all that time? Does the family have a LMIA and live in Quebec? How are you being paid as they would have to be paying you through their business registration number? You can only work for the employer named on your LMIA.
