Hi All, I received AOR on Nov 23 and then it was dead silence but I logged into my account today which shows New Update but not able to see any update in there, it also says account update on July 2, silence again not sure if anyone else is seeing this in your account no email on this as well

This is what we call a ghost update. Have you at least received the email about taking the test?
Nope no test request got 2 such updates last week one on the 2nd and the other on the 5th but can’t see what the update is about
Have you gotten your gcms notes? Usually 2 ghost updates a few days apart indicate some movement on the file. Most people in the world where citizenship applications actually move would see a tracker update in the days after successive ghost updates. You've waited a long time with radio silence, so hopefully you'll see your Background Completed or get a test invite. Emails only come for providing instructions to take the test, fingerprints or additional documents needed, or oath ceremony details.

Hi so far I have ordered 2 sets of gcms notes and in both the status for all checks were “Not Started” let’s see if there is come update on the tracker next week
you’re right. i’ll try to be positive. there is no way to predict anything with ircc. it’s easy to think something’s wrong after watching nearly everyone else in the monthly forums move ahead at a similar pace to oath while mine is silent from the beginning.
yup. my AOR is early march. hers was mid/late march. she got test and background done and fingerprint all done in less than 2 months after submission. my first update mid may then every 2-3 weeks, also an in person interview now LPP is done and i am just waiting on my oath ceremony.
Everything marked completed and waiting for Oath invitation since 29 May 2024, today I called IRCC told the agent if everything marked completed why there is a delay in sending me oath invitation, she replied nothing is required from my side, and there are some verifications is in process. My question what are those verifications after an application passed all requirement? Any idea?
So I finally got the invite for the written test and fingerprints on July 10. Completed my test on July 27th, gave fingerprints on July 11th now waiting.

I'm hoping that it gets done before the "18 months" that they have as processing time... but I'm pretty sure it's going to go over that

Update on my application all checks complete, language, physical presence, background, test and prohibitions, I got my LPP updated today, now waiting for further updates - finally file moved after waiting for 10 months
Citizenship ceremony has been scheduled for Aug 15 in person, with this the wait is over
