I dont so bc the ADR hot last month came from Nova Scotia. At least that's what the letter said. Was given permanent number and asked to link my application to online.

That is AOR from CIO (central intake office) in Sydney, NS.
your file will be transferred to your local office, usually according to your residential address, for processing after that.

congratulations, I think you choose nova scotia that's why it processed fast, Ontario applications are much delay since 2020
