Suggestion for PR application

I am in work permit in Canada. I recently applied for OINP through Masters graduate program and I got the invite. So I uploaded my documents by the mid of February and waiting on it.
Now my question is, which stream of PR should I apply? Express entry or non express entry. Which one would be suitable for adding my nomination letter?

Non. The graduate stream is not an Express Entry program.

What OINP result? Nomination? Once you have it, you can apply for PR.

You wait for Ontario to assess your application and hopefully send you a nomination.

Hey, I got the nomination a day back. My next step is to apply for PCC and then proceed to create a profile for Non EE, right?

You can create profile for non express entry and fill out all information. Wait for PCC . Once you get it upload it and submit application.
