I got this messages ”The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No.20230628I**** is undelivered and has been received back at the Canada Visa Application Centre,
BANGALORE. Please contact the VAC helpline number at the earliest"

WHAT SHOULD I DO ? WHAT DOES IT MEAN ?

Hi i got the same message but blue dart shows its in transit.

I got the same message. What tracking number should I use for Bluedart? Should it be the same AWB number that was used to send the document or a different number? Please can someone advise. I only have one AWB number - the one used to send the passport and that only shows the old status when the passport was sent to New Delhi.
