Delayed permit extension inside Canada : My spouse study permit and my open work permit.

My spouse, and I applied together for an extension of study permit and open work permit together with our son inside Canada since April 4, 2024, a temporary open work permit for 3 months was mail to me by IRCC the next day after submitting our application, pending the approval of our visa extension application. Up till today no message have been receive from IRRC, we are still waiting for our application approval and my spouse study permit and my open work permit together with our child permit will expire July 1, 2024. Please can anyone advise me in this forum of what to do in this situation because we are confuse and worried. Thanks

I have applied since Feb 23,2024. For my study permit extension and my wife’s sowp. I read earlier on this forum that study permit extension with sowp extension are taking around 144 days.
