Delay in Passport receiving after VISA Stamping - Minor's not received

We have received VISA's post stamping 1 week ago however my son's (minor) has not come back as yet. Is there a separate timeline for minors ? All passports were submitted and received by IRCC on the same day, 6th June. It only shows under process for my son on IRCC website.. No where to track what's going on.. is it common ?

I applied in India.
Application Submitted for 3 family members - 2nd May
Son's (Minor) - PPR - 3rd June
The other 2 - PPR - 4th June
All 3 PP submitted and sent via courier - Received at IRCC on 6th June
2 Adults PPs received on 15th June
1 Minor's PP - Still with IRCC
On IRCC portal it says - Its in progress..
The question here is, when all were applied together.. everything was sent together.. why such a lag only for 1 applicant ? Is there a day in a week when the entire lot is dispatched ?

I don’t know we can do something as it is in progress. You can try contacting via webform or contacting the embassy via their portal. There is no way you can prioritize your application.
