After spouse visa ban , applied for visitors visa it's been 50 days and status still says biometric not received, but on biometric website it's says we received your biometric and since than it's just we are processing your application

For students they can't apply spouse visa until unless u doing master degree

So where did you apply from? How long is visit? Ties to return? Funds shown separate from spouse?

So Applied as visitor visa we have shown 8lakh rupees and 12000$ spouse shown , NOC from my institute where I am working , reason for visit was attending a convocation and my spouse birthday in same time period so total stay is month

So spouse was graduating? Birthday, not really, a great reason…it is one day. Don’t know currency conversion but for a month long visit, you need strong ties to return since spouse is in Canada.

Raised that as well it's been 10days plus for that too , no response from that as well,

Why biometric status on site says received , but on visa website it says not received
