Is it better to apply for PNP through McDonald's or InTouchCX?

I am currently employed in McDonald's and once i finish my studies (in 2 months), I am thinking of applying to InTouchCX or another customer service company. I wanted to know if i should apply my PNP through McD or the other job i get.
