I have been living together with my fiancee since 2022 august. She is currently in PGWP.
Do you have a joint lease? What about joint utilities or bank accounts? Did you declare yourselves as common law in your 2023 taxes?

We have joint lease. Dont have joint bank account. And didnt declare as common law in 2023 taxes
What about in your work permit extension application? Did you say you were single or common law? What about her? Has she filed any immigration applications since Aug 2023 and what did she list as her status in those applications?

In all those single its self. But i have photographs, chats, common lease etc
Recommend again that you work with a lawyer.

Photographs and chats aren't regarded as proof of common law status.

You want to provide evidence such as joint leases, joint bank accounts, etc. It will work against you that both of you failed to declare your common law status in your IRCC applications and tax returns.
