Hello guys! I have such an issue. I have my background verification and test completed a month ago. But LLP NOT. I received an invitation for an interview in Person.( verification identity/documents) But now I am outside Canada and I cant attend it due to circumstances . Can I ask them to have it online? Would be greatful for you help.

There will be instructions in the email and pdf you received about what to do if you can’t attend the interview. You need to follow those instructions and it will be up to them to either switch it to online or to put it on hold until you’re back in Canada.
