bcoz my agent doesn’t give me gc key so i had question about that ??

What is wrong with you? I'm giving you a solution that's legal and will do that job. Instead, you want to take the illegal route?
ofc they check everything. everything and if caught with a fake one, you'll face consequences .

You need to understand that providing fraudulent document (and as serious as an immigration document like PPR from IRCC) is a serious CRIME.
This will be found out by the VFS and you will get refusal and could face 5 year ban from Canada.

I don't understand your question. If there is mistake made by IRCC in issuing the PPR (e.g. mis-spell of name) , VFS may not process the stamping/issue of visa and will return the passport.
THAT is very different from providing a FAKE PPR. That's much more serious.
Again providing FAKE PPR is a crime.
