Low CRS Score in Express Entry Profile

Hello Everyone,

I have a total of 356 CRS points, including 50 points of an LMIA from Ontario. My work permit was recently refused from AD for the unexpected reason that I may not return from Canada, which seems like a strange reason.

Anyhow, is there any chance of getting an invitation with a CRS score of 356 for OINP including an LMIA which is valid until March 2025?

EE draws are over 500. Look at OINP - job offer stream and calculate score and whether your NOC/score are selected.

What is the NOC? What were reasons for work permit refusal? Order GCMS notes but you are a temporary worker who needs to show that you will return.

The reason for my Work Permit refusal is very strange; the officer thinks I may not return. However, I have a family and children back home.

So you have received nomination and applied for PR through OINP? Or just submitted a profile?

Order GCMS notes to get reasons for refusal. Did you provide ECA?

I am here already in (Vancouver) Canada. I am from Pakistan and I came here 2 years ago. I was in Caribbean before and I am certified by Cartier( from Switzerland) certified by Chopard ( from USA) and certified by Breitling ( from UK).

Your profile closely matches mine. I am also certified by Rolex, Chopard, and Audemars Piguet up to advanced levels. I'm originally from Pakistan and currently working in Dubai. My Canadian work permit was refused in June, and the reason given was that I wouldn't return to my home country or country of residence, which seems quite strange considering that I have a family and children. It’s hard to imagine why they would think I wouldn’t come back.

I hold an MBA, have completed my equivalency through WES, and achieved a CLB 7 on the IELTS, although I'm working to improve it further. Despite having a PR-supportive LMIA and sufficient funds to live in Canada, I’m still not considered eligible. Honestly, who knows what their exact eligibility criteria are.
