Received a letter from IRCC- a bit confused

Hello Guys,

I received a letter from IRCC today with the following information:

Proof of Relationship (SPR): As proof of relationship to the principal applicant, please provide your voter ID card, Aadhar Card and old school records (Fifth Class, Middle Standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate). If you are unable to provide these items, you may provide the principal applicant's Ration card, your Indian passports (expired and current) and/or OCI, and PAN/Income Tax card. Note: Affidavits are not acceptable as proof of relationship.

Proof of Relationship (DEP): As proof of relationship to your spouse please provide the Aadhaar and Voter's ID card for yourself and your spouse.

I moved to Canada as a student when I was 18 and as such, I don't have PAN Card or Aadhar Card. I submitted a letter explaining the same and provided my 10th, 12th diplomas, Birth Certificate and passport, old ration card showing my name and new ration card as well which doesn't show my name as I don't live there anymore. Also, my dob was noted wrong on my 10th and 12th diploma for which I provided the original affidavit that I used during my study visa process. For my parents I provided voter card and aadhar card.

My question is will it cause problems and should I hire an agent. Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I am sponsoring my parents (mother and father) they already have super visa for Canada and they were selected in the lottery draw.
That's what it sounded like (the letter refers to spouse but just a form letter I guess).

I get the impression that IRCC repeats these requests even when already provided (if something is missing that they usually use).

All I can suggest is provide everything you provided before, explain again, and double-check with your parents if they have any other docs that would show you are their child.

This may seem repetitive; if you can provide anything additional it will help to show that you've done good-faith effort to provide everything you can.

Thank you so much for your response. Does this mean their file is under processing and that was all required by IRCC or will they ask for more docs going forward.
